ARABIA, Southern. Qataban. Circa 350-320/00. Tetradrachm (Silver, 24 mm, 16.55 g, 9 h), imitating Athens. Head of Athena to right, wearing crested Attic helmet decorated with three olive leaves and palmette; monogram on neckguard. Rev. ΑΘE Owl standing right, head facing; to left, olive sprig and crescent; to right, Royal Qatabanian monogram; all within incuse square. Huth 344. HGC 10, 707. A nicely toned piece. Some deposits, otherwise, very fine.
